I just got my JPN SS2 from the Neo-Store. It's a really awsome game. The best of the four, just like many people have said. One odd thing, is that (I thought) all games (Except LB1 and Shock Troopers 2) had white blood on a US AES. Well, if you switch on USA mode, the blood is green. I though Ganryu was the first green blood game. And that was made in 99' and SS2 was made in 94'. And when you switch it to JPN mode, its red. Crazy. Anyway, cool game.

yeah some games have green or white blood in USA mode or USA games even

kind like censored.. it sucks

but at least you can change it back to red

unlike K.O.F. 2000 USA where there's no way to make mai "bouncy" <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0"> or show whip and her gun at the ikari ending <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">

SS2 is a great game. BTW, useless bit of info for ya since it seems like you have a region selector thingy: You can get red blood with US/language by having region set to US, then going into options, picking Japanese as language, exiting options, then going BACK into options, and selecting US. Start game and you have red blood. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Zero, tell me you didnt trade Kof98 for SS2. Tell me you got some cash too becasue SS2 can be had for 40 dollars whereas kof 98 goes for 150 minimum.

sam shodown 2 is a great game zero...but not worth nowhere near as much as kof98,...but it is a better game in my opinion <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Wow.. shit travels fast around here. I'd like to say a few things.

1. Whoever spread that around here, I want you to die and burn.... I hope your soul burns for all eternity and that you die. DIE. Fucking Burn.

2. Yes, I indeed did trade my P.O.S KOF 98 for this Samurai Spirits 2.

3. For me it's the quality of the game. I hate all KOF, especially KOF 98. For myself, SS2 is much more enjoyable. Don't think I'm completley nuts just yet.

4. What I gave up for KOF 98 was not at all $150, it was a bunch of very old shit that I did not want, or use, or even fucking touch. I regret the moment I decided to get KOF 98.

so yeah, I gave up a shity game for an awsome game.

Oh yeah,

5. There was a little cash involved. Don't worry.

I don't enjoy non-weapon fighters ('cept for KOF)
KOF is to fast for me, it's very... um... now.
I am just a weapon based guy. So leave me alone about it.

I'm glad to hear you get what you really want but most people just don't want you to get ripped.

Yeah, you say you got some cash but keep in mind that you should get around $100 in your pocket (or even more) after deduct shipping.

If you don't really care about money and then that's fine coz you really love SS2.
But don't cry out later and regret to what you have done..........

Wow I got my SS2 new for $30, you should've got a considerable amount of cash. Just because you didn't like it doesn't mean you shouldv'e traded it for a game worth $120 less, even though the game quality is comparable. If at least $50 in cash wasn't involved you shouldv'e ebayed it or something .....crazy <IMG SRC="smilies/eek2.gif" border="0">

God, I thought I was the only one that didn't like KOF '98. It was the only KOF game I ever owned until this week when I purchased KOF 2K for $150 from the rage. I have to admit, I hated/sucked at KOF '98, but I really like 2000 for some reason. It plays much better. So, I sold my KOF '98 and it was the best neo-geo decision I've made yet. By the way, Sam. Sho. and Last Blade ROCK!

Yes, I did say I liked KOF 98, and I gave it an awsome review. When I wrote that, I had played it for about 15 minutes. As I got into it, sure the graphics were awsome. The game sucked for me.

I think the reason some people dont like kof 98 is because of the difficulty level,
I mean once when i played it on the japan stage before fighting Rugal on level 4,I lost to heidern about 8 times in a row before getting past him,its starts to demorolize you.but once I got past him,Rugal was a pussy,luckily I dont usually fight against the japan team though <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

The game is awesome.
Its ashame there are no cut scenes like other kof games,as thats what I like best about kof99...but Rugals stage looks fantastic,and the way the red lines form too.

The game has grown on me...but I love shodown 2 better than any game I have ever played,even now...so zero enjoy your game,and as liquid snake said...people just dont like a friend getting ripped off <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">
