I have seen people talk about a guy named !Arcade!, but they don't seem to bad mouth him as they would NGF. Isn't he just a pirate like they are? Lay it all down for me.

Definately NOT a pirate, does excellent work on mods and converting carts, although can be a bit pricey. Also manufactures the Phantom-1 converter, the single greatest invention in the history of man.

You can't go wrong with em.
They provide excellent service and even offer repairs for Neo*Geo systems which to be honest you can't find anyone else*expect myabe Jeff K* who can repair a Neo system. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

I have nothing but good things to say about !ARCADE! and Ray. Excelent services and work.
Also stays in communication with you on the progress of your stuff. I definetly recomend them.

I just bought a Modded US AES system from Arcade, and it is great. Very friendly people to deal with.

I'm not necessarily in the business of doing business with him... I was just curious. I read in this forum that he would be releasing previously unreleased AES carts? I have an MVS myself... but I was just curious on his position in the Neo community.

When Arcade releases AES carts, they are typically conversions. Arcade TELLS you they are conversions (and damn good ones from what I hear.) Ray doesn't use Roms, nor does he try to sell you a "rare" AES converted cart claiming it's authentic AES.

!Arcade! is a fine company to deal with, and Ray Young is cool as hell. All my business with them has been flawless, and while I can't attest to their cart releases (Because I can't afford any new games right now <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0"> Lay-off's can suck sometimes...), I can tell you their Phantom-1 is an excellent piece of hardware. I've saved a ton of dough because of that puppy!
