be sure to have 3 lives
as in,if you're fighting the two chicks and its your last life,let them kill you and then continue so you can face him with 3 lives
dont waste your grenades
even better,
kill one chick
let the second hit you
continue and kill her without wastin a single grenade
so now you can face doc
with 10 grenades and 3 lives left
THIS IS IMPORTANT !
ok,then...
he can attack in 2 ways
bombs and the laser
you gotta run and roll a lot
first of all,
when hes appearing
he wont attack you for a second or two
so hit him with the grenades
( you can hit him 2 times if i remember well )
from this moment forward its gonna be DIFFICULT to use grenades unless you know exactly what to do
if you pay attention,
he will attack with the laser every 3 seconds or something
during those 3 seconds,
thats when you gotta counter-attack
just run like a madman AWAY from where the bombs are falling
( it ALWAYS takes him a while to adjust the aim,and thats his weakness combined with those 3 seconds of time between a laser attack and another )
so run away,avoid the laser attack with a roll or just keep on runnin
you will have,say,2 seconds of time
you can
1)use a grenade
( dont try to launch 328372732 or the laser will hit you,just ONE )
or if you dont wanna run the risk
2)attack him with the rifle
just keep in mind
its NOT going to take 30 seconds or a min
so be patient
patience is the key
if you try to launch 2 grenades instead of 1 or something like that
he WILL hit you

my advice
get to him,
and DONT EVEN TRY TO HIT HIM
its useless if you dont know WHEN and HOW to attack
so just keep on avoiding his attacks
MEMORIZE the right patterns
and then try again
