This is one of a series of KOF'02 illustrations by a Japanese web artist named Falcoon. His website is <a href="http://falcoon.hp.infoseek.co.jp/" target="_blank">here</a>, and the 2 galleries containing KOF'02 Festival illustrations are <a href="http://falcoon.hp.infoseek.co.jp/topgallery25.htm" target="_blank">here</a> and <a href="http://falcoon.hp.infoseek.co.jp/topgallery24.htm" target="_blank">here</a>. He was posting one of these images every few days in Oct/Nov '02 (see dates in bottom-left corner of each pic) as his way of celebrating the release of KOF'02.

I'm a bit miffed at Fighter's Generation for not giving credit or posting a link to his site. I wish Falcoon would put his URL somewhere on his images.
