Worst store on the internet.
Game conditions are shit, they lie about stock, they don't ship their games well [no packaging] etc etc etc etc. The list goes on and on. avoid like the plague, hopefully they'll be gone soon.

Perhaps we need to sticky this at the top or something since this question routinely pops up constantly. Buy Rite should consider changing their name to Buy Wrong given how awful their service is and how many horror stories one can hear about that place. What amazes me is people buy off of them on Ebay. oh_no Quite a shame that they do.

Good luck getting in touch with them by phone. And when you do, expect them to be assholes!! That is what happened to me. Completely worthless shit store, I hope they tank and all their tainted stock burns with them very_ang blow_top

Before I found out how bad they where I bought KoF2000 and Ikaruga for DC. It took them an extra couple MONTHS to get Ikaruga to me. They didn't answer any of my dozen or more emails... Finally I got there phone number and called them.
Believe me you will have to call them to get any reply. They never answer customers email. I got there phone # off the web site. Its in there somewhere. I think there was some part that asked if you lived in the state, so I lied and answered yes. And that gave me the number.
I did eventually get my games, and in good condition. So you probably will to *cross your fingers* Just never deal with them again.

I actually have it saved on my cell because I'm currently hassling them for two orders I placed early May.
I ordered Blazing Star from them without a problem, but if I ever receive these last two orders I'll probably not do business with them again.
I live in North Carolina. I've got a yahoo map printed out and ready (it's not that far of a drive for me). I'll give them a little bit longer. If I still don't get my stuff, I'm looking foward to paying them a visit.

I was talking to a guy at a local gamestore, and he was telling me about a time he ordered a PS1 game from Buy-Rite. He said he recieved the game around three weeks late, in a cardboard box, with no packing material, and no jewel case. Just the game in a cardboard box.
They have alot of cool looking stuff, but I can't justify ordering from them. Apparently they lie about thier stock anyways. Last time I looked there they wanted like $800.00 bucks for a used AES and KOF 2k2.

I just got a email from Buy Rite saying they recieved my order that I made on Saturday and it is now late monday!(what took them so long) They said they will ship it out after it goes through its shipping procedure, and it will be shipped in the order it was recieved? What the hell is this shit, I paid for 2nd day delivery? And then they go and say that the delivery times are just a estimation and not a guarenteed delivery date! Now I'm starting to see what everbody is talking about! At least they said I could contact their service department for any questions regarding my order?

You'll get second day delivery after it takes them a month and a half to put your shit in a box.

and its not so much that they have high prices......... many of their prices would be considered OK if their service was OUTSTANDING...etc.
BUT... their service SUCKS. You get rare games in cardboard envelopes. If a CD case survives, your lucky.
the 1 neo AES game I got off of them a LOOONG time ago (before I knew their evils) came nicely boxed...
but besides that... 2nd day packages came....... 1+ weeks later.
I won't buy from them again. stay away.
