What do you think of the transparency effects on the Neo?

Although the Neo is more powerful than Super Nintendo, it would have been nice if they could have included a transparancy option.

I get seizures every time I see the Neo's form of transparency - namley turning colours on and off rapidly to give an impression of 'see-through' colour.

The best example of this is in the comment boxes after a match in Savage reign. The box has a constant flashing blue color. After seeing it, you will go into a seizure!

You are aware of the Epilepsy warnings in video game instruction manuals...........

No, the Neo does not give me seizures. The effect doesn't bother me at all.

If that`s a guarantee I`ll buy it!!

I`ve seen so many lame flashing games on any console for that matter that I`ve become seizure resistant, so a new challenge is always welcome.

But seriously, normally I`m so busy playing the games and getting my ass kicked that I really don`t care how flashy the screen gets... winning is all that matters!

They suck on NEO. Look at SS2, LB1, NAM, all they do is checkerboard black and XOR the background creating a pseudotransparency illusion. For those of us with so so TV's, it creates wierd multicolored artifacts. But then again, its all SNK could do. All pre-SNES systems did this.

SNES perfected transparencies...
