The rock monster in the wallpaper

This is driving me nuts. What is that rock monster thing? What game is it from?

I know that's Shishioh (King Lion) from Savage Reign in its mouth (red clothes and suspenders, yellow armor with pointed boots). But that critter was never in Savage Reign or Super Tag.

Yes, he was from KOM and his name was Rocky.
