What do you want from Japan?

Alright, here's the deal:

I'm heading to Japan in about a week and a half and I'm willing to get stuff for the members of this board if you guys want anything. It can't be anything real big (I travel light - one small carry-on), but I may mail stuff directly from Japan if you really want something bigger.

I'm not looking to make any profit, just trying to help you guys out. If you do want me to get something, be as descriptive as possible about what the item is, the condition you want it in, and the maximum price (excluding shipping -- I'm sure you can roughly guess what shipping will be). I don't need money up front, but please be willing to pay me as soon as I get back (June 16th).

Jigen, Mooky, and the other guy (sorry, I can't remember your name.. I've got it written down though, so don't worry), I've got your requests so don't worry about that.

Will you be able to post there to tell us what type of stuff you find? Cause I'm not sure what I would want.

Wow I asked about this a long time ago.

I would love to have an additional Neo controller (especially the Neo CD Controller Pro, if you can find it). AES carts I'd like: League Bowling, 2020 Super Baseball. IF YOU FIND ANYTHING MAI OR TERRY RELATED, I'D LOVE TO HAVE IT AS LONG AS IT'S OFFICIAL. Thanks! :D

Edit: Add Billy, K9999 and Angel to the list...

Chances are I won't have much internet access while I'm over there :( . Sorry. MarryMeMai, I'll look for that stuff, but more recent releases and items will be easier to find. Also, I won't be in Tokyou for that long and it's easier to find that kind of stuff in Tokyou. I know of a few games shops where I'll be, but they don't carry Neo stuff :( .

I might be willing to part with mine for a minty Slug 1 ;) . She's cute, and cooks. Overall I'd say she's in near-mint condition. JPN version only though :( . No English. Let me know ;) .

make sure she leaves you in Akihabara for a day. Don't bring her around unless you want to be bitched at for the rest of the trip, but make sure you go. It's all electronics shops, and has like 10 + game stores. It's basically a town in Tokyo, but it's a gamers paradise.

If you can find a Japanese card shop that has old Dragon Ball (Z) Bandai cards (1988-1991) I'll pay big

Don't they have those in kyoto ;) ? I'd love one too. If you ever really decide to get one there are a few places that import cars from Japan. Apparently arcade-infinity.com is one of them.

What a noble offer! Too bad I have no money to spend. I´ve already spent my money on new goddies!

Oh, well! Maybe next time!

Yep yep. I'm already planning on heading there for a bit. Don't worry, I have no intention of bringing her along with me to Akihabara. She's a sweetheart, but games aren't her thing and she can get a little fiesty if I bring her to too many game shops :( . She's the main reason that I won't be able to look for very long in Tokyou :( .

SonGohan, I'll look for those cards

Atrophyed, arggg.. the times I'm there coincide perfectly with the world cup ! I wish it didn't :( . It will be so crowded (as if it weren't already) and I have no interest in soccer (I'm American -- it's not my fault).

And bishounen, no problem :)

And Jigen, do itashimashite :)

I would love to get a few arcade magazines. If you find some that are current and are not a fortune, I would like say three or four arcade related magazines.

This sound German! Altough so extraordinary that "doitsu" is a better expression.

HAH! You may not like soccer coz' you're american, but you still should at least watch your country games. The USA opening game will be against Portugal... :D And it'll be in Korea.

Good luck to USA.

I might be misspelling fucheim. Haven't had one of these cakes in a couple months, since my GF returned from Japan.

If you could find a Battle Zeque
on super Famicom(box&book $55 or under). Or even a SteamHearts on Saturn for under 60 bucks(box&book) i'd be crying tears of joy.
But all items aside if you have a camera i just wanna se a shot of a crowded jp arcade.

PoOF!
