I have put together what I think will be an easy and clean solution to having multiple boards that you want to run in a single cab.

The idea is to have either 1 or 2 speakers that run to a connector that you can plug different audio connectors to. I am using Stereo Mini Plugs to keep the cost down. To switch from one system to another, just unplug and plug in the one you need.

Some will say that I should post this in the Selling Forum, but I wanted to get feedback on what people think of this idea, and what other connectors would be helpful.

Here is the main speaker harness:

This could be run to 1 or 2 speakers. It replaces you existing speaker wires.

Here is the Jamma harness:

This could be wired for MVS ( 2 seperate speaker wires) or Jamma (1 speaker wire or 2 combined speaker wires. The one shown combines the 2 speakers.

Here is the Hyper64 (japanese version) connector:

I'm still working on the US Hyper64 connector. The connector on the motherboard is way funky.

Here is the 4 pin PCB harness:

Here is the RCA:

You can use that one for CPS-2, etc.

Let me know what you think, and what other connectors you would want to see.

Briggs made me a stereo out/rca connector for my MVS one slot. I can honestly say this man has some amazing ideas.

Honestly?.....no.

If you had a gun to my head (a super gun! OWW! This kitten has claws!) and demanded I think of something, I'd say a volume control on the male 1/8 to speaker side.

Then again, I don't know how many systems have a built in volume control so that may be a worthless idea.

But seriously, it's a really good idea, having it as two units is not only good to swap boards but also you don't have to have any extra wires you wouldn't need (like, I don't have a Hyper. But if I did, all I'd have to do is buy another female adapter).
