The real NAM 1975 ending...

I got to the end of the game back in 1994 and got zonked by the end boss, Dr. Muckley. I believe I could have won but the game stole all of my continues and I was stuck with my 3 lives to defeat him. I got a partner whom I trained and we shot the bastard till he turned red, but we still lost - cuz he was not as good as I was. Now, I am dying to know how the game really ends. Will the debug BIOS allow me to stop the game from stealing my continues or am I shit out of luck? Could someone describe the ending to me...please?!?

Makismo they should make a film out of your attempt to conquer the impossible game. It would be complete with "rocky 4" style training sequences as you train your hapless companion, and it all ends in tears , just like the ending to "rocky1".
But nam 75 was great, what is the real ending????

To this very day, Nam 1975 remains the only game that I have NEVER completed. It's impossible and even harder in two player mode for the last guy.

I gave up after trying around a few thousand times. Toughest boss of all time.
