As like there are nices ones, there are also some bad looking ones. Let's see for whom goes the final prize of the jerkiest insert. Max inserts allowed = 5. The worst one takes 5 neg points, the 2nd worst one takes 4 neg points and so...

Here goes my (baddest) Selection

1-The King of Fighters 2001
2-Fatal Fury
3-Blue's Journey
4-Ninja Combat
5-League Bowling Euro - someone would like to kill me, but I have to admit that the NGFUSA Inserts for that one is really fine, but don't misunderstand things please. I like some of their inserts, not their company.

Just vote. just a note... Japanese insert of Fatal Fury is one of best ever made.

The original Fatal Fury insert is just too funny, I laughed at its audacity the first time I saw that :D

I'll definitely put in a vote for KoF 99. But it's ugly in Japanese form too. Metal Slug is also ugly both ways. Go figure.

When it first came out, I thought Samurai Shodown (1) was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. A japanese man with a mohawk and a ninja sword, standing in the water looking like Balky off of Perfect Strangers.
