What is the best Neo Geo beat'em up fighter? I will list the games and their meg amounts - Is it the futuristic Eight Man (46 megs), the modern day Burning Fight (54 megs), the futuristic Mutation Nation (54 megs), King of the Monsters 2 (74 megs) with its cool Godzilla type action, Robo Army (45 megs) with its dynamic metallic duo, maybe the Sengoku series weighing in at 55, 74, and 364 megs? What do you think?

I'd go to Sengoku 3. Just a shame that there's not much variety of enemies to beat. The only flaw of the game. <img src="graemlins/eek2.gif" border="0" alt="[Eek 2]" /> <img src="graemlins/eye.gif" border="0" alt="[Eye]" /> <img src="graemlins/eye.gif" border="0" alt="[Eye]" />

Top Hunter is very funny to play, but I think that Sengoku 3 is better.

I guess I could have listed Top Hunter, Spin Master, Blue's Journey, and Magician Lord if I had wanted. However, these are not really beat'em up titles. You don't really punch and kick a guy a whole bunch but do exploration. Top Hunter and the other are arguable as a beat'em up. These titles aren't on the violent side either. Eight Man was a stretch but I chose it because it is a sidescroller bash and blowup fest of nasty robotic fiends. I think the others are platformers and have more strategy than a regular beat'em up.

I like Sengoku 3. And King of Monsters 2!

But I think if you´re at Final Fight clones you better take arcade boards like Punisher and Nick Fury or Alien vs Predator, etc.

(added) The Neo has not been really satisfying in this case.

Sengoku 2 is tops for me too... Wish they would have done that one last with the pretty Sengoku 3 graphics.... Sengoku 3, it is nice looking, too bad it is really boring :(
