I think it would be better to put in the Black Book the most famous scammers...

...this will "alert" a lot of people before doing business with certain sellers...

All Neo scammers known should be listed on the black book. Nobody is stupid enough to scam Shawn anymore. It isn't fair, ALL scammers should be known.
