Technically it is being infringed because he is unlawfully REPRODUCING the ROM, like that huh? Don't fuck with a guy who lives by the US copyright code.

THEN he goes and says the $10 is for "Processing and Content"...Processing is debatable as he can charge whatever he wants and it's pretty much legal. Content?...What Content?? THE ROMS!!!
