Who manufactures AES and MVS carts now? Playmore or is it outsourced?

Seeing that all new releases, both MVS and AES carts, boxes and cases are almost identical to the product that SNK made, I'm curious as to who actually handles the MANUFACTURING process of the new carts?

TO me it seems that Playmore is using the original SNK tools, factories and molds as the new games are almost exactly the same. Is the process outsourced? Is there a picture somewhere of new releases being manufactured?

Please help.
