I'm a little slow. I just got this game for MVS a few days ago and wow is it fun. I'm not willing to pay homecart prices for it, but it's definitely top notch. I'm usually not much a golf game fan, but this game is just enough sim and just enough arcade to make me feel right at home. Anyway, just thought I'd share my joy :) .

Yes, this game is truely one of the greats. I have the MVS version as well and play it often. I just love the courses and top views of the course when the ball is in flight.

Got it for NGPC; lots of fun to be had. I wish the Pocket version had the same tee "rotation," but I guess I have to be realistic.

I share your love for this game.

Which course is your favorite? Mine is probably the German court.

Favorite golfer: Thomas Stewart.

It's a damn shame no soundtrack was ever released for this game. frown

Daisuke, I remember some MP3 rips of the course songs but no official soundtrack.

The Master List says 133, but it is usually wrong. I would say no more than 150 though :)

133.

It's one of the top 5 games on the neo.

Advanced Entertainment at it's best.

Neo Turf Masters (Big Tournament Golf) = Neo bliss

The only other arcade golf game that surpasses it is Golden Tee. Either I got to get a Phantom-1 or save my pennies for the home cart or get the NGPC version, which I plan to next month :D

I beg your pardon. angry

If the list is wrong, its usually because SNK was wrong. They had a habit of "rounding" actual meg counts in very strange ways. If the game came out on AES, the meg count in the master list is what was on the box. Otherwise, the meg count is ascertained from the size of the chips on used on the board, which means someone has to crack it open.

As you can see, in Neo Turf Masters/BTG's case, you can just click to see the english cart pic right there. Its 133.

Golden Tee is pure crap, absolutely no control!

Neo Turf Masters is a much better game. The only cool thing about GT's later versions is the online competiton. Gameplay and graphics, NTM outshines by far...

Just my opinion...
