Can someone list all of Japhei's accounts?

I think there should be a whole list devoted to scammers and people that are just out to rip you off. I know I don't want to get my hopes up bidding on somthing then finding out it's a rip off or the guy took my money and ran out the door with it.
People like this Japhei should be dipped in honey and thrown into a field full of flesh eating ants.
There should be two boards. One board for GOOD people. People that you can trust and don't rip you off.
Then we need the board to warn people from, with a master list. List every E-bay seller name, every website that sells boots and stuff.
That would be great.
