OK, I just did this maybe 30 mins ago... and I have no idea how I pulled this off, anyone else know about this?
I played through the game with the Blazers... on the last level I hit second player start so I can play stages 9-16 with the alternate boards (I always do this, so I doubt this was part of it)... I let 2player get killed off and beat the game solo... I watched the Blazers ending, and started Mission 9. At the boss on Mission 9 my luck ran out and I died... I went to continue but my hand slipped and hit a couple buttons... I have no idea what I hit but I think it was Game Select and Start and something else.... this brought me back to the plane select screen!!! I thought, ok, it must have not continued and started a new game... I choose Spanky and started playing... I was at the start of Level 9!!! I think I may have accidentally found a way to switch planes on a continue! You have to start at the begining of the board, but it worked and I played through 9-16 with Spanky.... but through Keaton's missions (The Blazers compliment plane, and who I brought in on mission 8)!
OK, so I don't know how I did it, but I am trying to figure it out... anyone else ever see this? haha, yeah, I thought so... maybe some one out there can help me duplicate this?!?
