Blazing Star "Sharp" ROM chips?

Just got Blazing Star MVS, looks official with serial # and reflective holagram label.. Opened it up and the boards are SNK, but all the chips (except for the NEO protection and a couple ather small ones) say "SHARP" on em. Never seen SHARP chips in a NEO cart before. Is this normal for Blazing Star?

My Blazing Star cart has all Toshiba chips, which you would expect.
Sharp ?

My Korean Shock Troopers has both Toshiba and Sharp chips in them. I don't know why this is. It still works though.

I guess if you run out of Toshiba then use Sharp, it doesnt sound like a bootleg.

Guess I am just not used to seeing SHARP chips. The cart looks to official to be a boot. I'll find out in a few days when I get back to my NEO.
