Looking for MVS carts complete with mini marquee, stickers, promotional sheet, etc...

Aside from new releases (within the last six months or so), there is no reliable source that deals strictly with complete MVS kits. Your best bet is to keep your eyes open on the selling board, sometime someone comes into a bunch of complete kits and they go there to sell them off. If you're looking for something specific post in the wanted section.
Other than that, patience will be your friend. Don't expect to type in a website or place a bid whenever you decide you want a certain complete kit, you will have to look for them.
I guess that's half the fun of dealing only with complete kits. Your collection will never be as big, but your buys will be spaced out and the hunt is half the fun (or so I hear. I'm too damned lazy and spoiled).

there isn't one single place that sells just kits. the mvs market is for arcades and most operators throw out the box and flyers after they're done with them.
there are a few operators out there that take care of their games and keep everything, however, it's rare.
obviously ebay is the place for kits and here on neo-geo.com. i can't tell you how many people here have helped me so much in building my mvs kit collection. when my collection is complete, i will list all the people that have helped me in quest and current collection.

"Tous nos jeux sont avec MArquee sauf si c'est précisé" LOOSE" !"
So it means:
"All our games are with marquees exept those where it's writen "LOOSE"!"
So you may not find the flyers but the marquees are with the game!
