HitokiriBattosai a good seller?? Anyone deal with him before??

Hi. I just wanted to ask if anyone here in the Neo forums have done business with him before. I want to buy a cart from him, but I just wanted to see if any of you had dealt with him before. He is a really cool guy, and seems legit. Since I am still a newbie I am naturally nervous about doing any online purchasing or anything since I have only dealt with companies in the past.
