Broken Game Boxes - what do you do with them?

I was wondering what you guys do with your broken game boxes. I try to sell mine off. If they are too broken, I do strange experiments on them. I tried to put some foam in the broken areas but I got bad foam which turned into glop and it ruined the cases. So I dumped 6 old style cases in the trash. I hate broken cases with a passion. The next time I get a broken case, I am going to shoot it with my pellet gun. I am glad that Big Bear sells shock boxes. I know that they are not a perfect match but they work. What do you guys think on these matters?

Old style cases? Black duct tape works magic on the inside.

Personally, I pack them full of C4 and send them down to Dion & Chris in the hopes that they'll get blown up and serve the world a great favour. Unfortunately, the damn customs guys keep catching them. :D

I re-buy the whole game (can't swap any part, me) and then sell the broken cased one. :rolleyes:

Broken cases are a disaster. I end up doing the same as Shito, re-buying the game. But I will try the Black tape thing.

I have a Sidekicks 2, bought Brand new from the Neo store, and it arrived with the inner tray cracked. I do not know what to do. I tried to superglue the broken parts, but it is impossible.

So, or I buy another one and sell this or, I accept it, the rest of the game is brand new in the end.

Is this game a collection piece, or the copy that you use to play? If it's the copy that you play, I'd just forget about the crack and enjoy the game.

Do homecarts fit inside the shockboxes?

Well I do not play that game really. But in fact I do not make a difference between the games I collect and the games I play.

I collect mint items that I play, and take very well care off. If it was for collection … well it could not even matter, because it will just be exposed on a shelf, with its spine visible. The problem is that I am too picky.

Supergoose are you still building up superguns?

But certainly I have an MVS cart to just play the game., you are quite right.
