absolutely zero mate

he promsied myself and Mario our money back once the usps invesigation was complete

He told us it would take a total of 5 - 9 months and the 9 month deadline passed 2 weeks ago

Basically mate international law is a shambles, the only way i could really prosecute was if i travelled to Nashville and filed the complaint in person with the Nashville county police

He only took me for 330usd - think he got around 750usd from mario

I've learned a lesson though - i now only give people 29 days to get the goods to me if i use paypal (unless i buy from them often), i tried to chargeback Tim after 33 days because i thought you had to wait at least 30 days before initiating the chargeback procedure, when i tried it paypal basically told me they were not interested

Tried to get in touch with Lloyds bank and filed a fraud report, they told me because i paid paypal and not Tim, there was no fraud involved as it was paypal would paid Tim

To be honest i have kinda accepted the fact that i will never see the money again and looking back when he offered the stuff for sale he mentionmed in his selling thread he was never coming back here, oh well i have spent loads since i joined here and i have only lost 330usd to a prick and only been charged import once so its not all bad

you know i thought it was gonna be alrite because Simone (ftl) was sticking up for him, received pm's after pm's from Simone telling me he was honest but because he had a couple of kids - times might be hard

In the end he is gonna get fucking his and then some, fat prick (pot this is kettle)

trying to get somebody who lives moderately near him to start a campaign of intimidation, basically informing all his neighbours what a lying theifing scumbag he is, its a shame because his 2 kids are gonna grow up just like him

Actually, you can get back your money if you paid by credit card. You just have to contact your credit card company and tell them you never received the merchandise and this would force paypal to reverse the charges (getting directions from the credit card company themselves) and paypal will then get in contact with the seller to provide proof of shipment. Without proof, the charges will be reversed.

The 30 day limitation is B.S. because I had a guy on Ebay: Kamui98 (Eric Maiben in Texas), denied the charges on his credit card (which went through billpoint), which they contacted me asking me for proof of shipment (which I provided them). My point is, the attempted reverse happened 3 months after the initial charge, so there really is no 30 day limit. If you paid by bank transfer, well, I don't know how you're protected, so always use a credit card and have your credit card company deal with the seller. This method works 100% to get your money back and if anyone takes the loss, it would be either through the credit card or the seller (after they debit his/her account).

I hope this helps.

I've never had problems with his attitude, but your previous statements concerning the wildly varying conditions of his goods were right on the mark. Some of his "great" items really are flawless, whereas others are quite lacking. The "great" AOF 3 I snagged from one of his auctions was "very good" at best. But hey, I got it for $200.00 plus shipping, so at least the price was right.

I think his username was:

Mwabay@yahoo.com or something.

Anyhow, yeah, Micah's a great seller. He is very nice and has even sold me stuff off eBay that I asked about and requested.
I'm not sure if he still takes requests, however.

I totally agree, I bought FF3, RBS, and RB2 from Yamatoku, the games came as described, but he told me if I waited until the other auction finish (I won two games first) I would be able to
save on shipping. When I won the last auction I still paid $60 dollars for shipping. Yes he charged me $60 for all three games shipped to the states. I personally won't buy from him again unless is one game. I really hate the way he describes his games too: *great*, *good*, *poor*, and *a little sunfade* annoyed

You'll be here long.

16-Bit is a great seller on Ebay.

I'm scared to death to order from any of those sellers located in Japan. Their descriptions of Neo games are no where near detailed enough for me. Except Neo-Bomberman of course. :)

There are a lot of really great people on this list, and a lot of good contacts to be made in terms of buyers and sellers.

But with an attitude like that, you're not likely to meet any of them.

So relax. Several people have asked you to stop typing in caps. Don't do it anymore. Don't get all defensive either. Just hang out and have fun.

Oh, and BTW, welcome to the boards.

Salvarou never sent me my fookin Fatal Fury Special.
Also shipping per item was $10 and since i won 2 auctions he tried to charge me $25 for shipping. I asked him politely about the mixup and i just paid $20 for shipping even though he never replied. I only received kof98 and when i asked about the FFS that never arrived he told me he forgot and he'll send it out. It never came and I was still a newbie to the scene at the time so I tried to contact him again but I just ended up giving up even though i paid $25 plus shipping for it.

Some people just like to use all CAPS.

My stepdad does it too. It annoys the fuck out of me, but who am I to judge?

Welcome, but don't get peeved too easily :)

Like you, people here are also fiercely independent, but equally as anti-rulership (with several military folks in the mix).

Welcome.
