I haven't seen one of these that didn't look like a shifty cart or auction before, but the label looks like a really damaged original, any thoughts?

I would say it's a boot. The seller did not say it's original at all. Don't expect this game to be an original.

There is a yellow warning sticker (in Japanese) which indicate it to be a Japense cart.

The label does not look good to me at all.

Right, the label doesn't look good, but it looks to me as though someone put a printed label over the original and that you can see the original showing through. As for the warning label, is it true that only Jap carts have them?

Spine labels really don't mean much when it comes to a cart being a boot or not. True, him not saying it's original doesn't help. But his past few sales on eBay are all MVS games and he doesn't really mention much of anything. He did sell a Super Dodge Ball though and the person left a feedback of "ok"... that doesn't sound good. <img src="http://www.neo-geo.com/ubb/icons/icon32.gif" alt=" - " />

You should just ask the seller if he knows weather it's a boot or not. In the end, it probably is purely because that's a commonly bootlegged cart.

That is fishy. I didn't really check his feedback as I don't have the money to buy it anyway.

I sold stuff to this guy. He is really nice to deal with. I wouldn't be to sure it is a boot.... he paid top dollar for games. Also the fact it has an original label and it is a black cart is a good sign. Im not sure he is knowledgable enough to know if its a boot.

How can anyone tell that warning label is in Japanese?

I will email him and find out if he knows.
