Question for members who are lawyers/up and coming lawyers

If I were to make a joystick and have the SNK logo accrossed the top and sell it to someone would that be against copyright? If so is there a way around this like a disclaimer somewhere on or inside the stick case stating that it isnt an official SNK product and in no way is affiliated with SNK and is ment as a homage to SNK? What would be a good disclaimer?
