Location of Metal Slug 3 and/or Metal Slug 4 Roms?

I know some of you might frown on this kind of question because your against emulation, but cut me a break. Anyways, as the subject line says, does anyone know where you can get these roms or even if they've been made into roms yet. I know MS4 probably hasn't because it just came out, but anything on MS3? Thanks
