As I was staring at my stack of cart only MVS titles I thought to myself "Wouldn't it be great if someone maintained a site that had all the MVS software dip settings hosted on it?"
I think this would be a great asset to the community so that everyone could have documentation on their games. I would be more than willing to design and host a site that would fulfill this goal. Here's my basic problem: I don't have a whole lot of MVS games, and as stated above I don't have dip setting for more than one of them!
This is where everyone here comes in. If everyone could pool together and submit software dip information for the games they have by posting them here, we could accomplish this! It doesn't even need to be direct scans, just typed out information on what each switch setting is. I'll maintain a list of the games that we have information on right here in this thread so we don't have loads of people posting the same data.
So if you're interested then go ahead and give me some info so I can get started. If there's no interest or someone can come up with a good reason not to do this then I'll scrap the project or slowly work on it myself
Of course, if something like this already exists, I'll go slink away in shame.
I'll go ahead and start the list of games that are currently available to the poorly titled "Project Dipswitch"
Let's start this off right and ensure a great end product!
We have dip switch data for:
