Can someone tell me if there is a diffrence between the gold system and cd system as in the quality of sound and graphics? Thanks

Grafix no difference , Sound big difference , alot of the sound tracks are redone for the cd games .

Load times , huge difference ,

You also have to realize that they no longer make games for the CD system, and that not all games are available on the CD system either.

Wrong about the graphics. Frames of animation have been taken out of some games. Take ss4 for example, when haohmaru walks backwards, you can see there isn't as many frames as the cart version.

Yeah you are right.
The Neo Geo CD has a very nice video output because it has built-in SVHS but some CD games have lower quality (missing animations, smaller sprites...) than the Home Cart version as AOF3, LB2, SS4 and some others.
