i need some help !!

i'm a neo newbie and i'm a little lost i thought that playmore bought most of the snk labels not sammy but yet it seems that sega and sammy are merging to help in launching the new acarde machine? so who is this sammy company and i thought sega was in no position after the dreamcast to be merging with anyone i heard that microsoft is keeping them afloat if that's true doesn't that mean that microsoft will have a hand into all of this and that would only help bill gates out in tearing down all that is good in console and arcade gaming sorta like he did with the computer can someone help me i'm not sure what's true and what's not from what i've heard if microsoft has anything to do with the neo-geo making a comeback then i want out of all this neo stuff. someone please clear this up for me

Playmore is essentially SNK reborn. They have all the rights to the SNK games and characters.

Sammy is a game designer. The most popular game they produced is 'Guilty Gear XX'. Sammy has designed some games for the Neo Geo in the past

I think you're referring to two different things:

1) the news (rumour?) that Sammy and Sega are going to merge

2) the news (rumour?) that Sammy is going to produce some new arcade hardware
