good lordy, is it humanly possible to beat ss4 in the time requirement allowable? i can't seem to even come close with characters like haohmaru. :\
For Haohmaru, use jumping C, close standing C for the first 2-3 CPU chars (they don't block well). For later chars use jumping C, AB dodge to behind, CD combo in the back, 14-hit to rage out.
After that, use the super as soon as you can land it. For Slash, you'll have to CD ground and/or straight ground combo into it (use the setup above if necessary). Bust has a much better super, the BBC combo works.
The damage on Bust's super should allow you to beat the timer pretty easily... if you need a small piece of damage to win remember that you can always do jumping C, AB dodge to behind, standing C. The CPU sucks at blocking this setup even on high difficulty.
Oh and for Amakusa, the setups are so-so but every char has to wait on him a little, he will eventually throw high-recovery moves like crouching C and teleport into your guard crush. For Zankuro, use CD into rage and combo into super all the way. In addition to the dodge setup, you can hit Zankuro with a CD combo from the front as he walks up to you, if timed correctly he will never block this.
