Does the KOF 96 Neo Geo Collection actually have the game on it?

I just got my KOF '96 Collection for my NEO CDZ and I'm a bit confused. Does it actually have the game on it? Or is it just a bunch of extras?

No game, but you can play as all the characters in a pratice match. The loads take forever though. It is interesting to hear BJ Love though.
