I placed my order for two Neo pocket games in 1/27/03 and then I haven't heard anything from them since.

It doesn't make sense to take nearly two weeks for USPS priority mail to arrive........and I haven't seen my games yet.... :mad:

How's their service?

I've tried to email/fax/call but everything fails

Hmm, well I have ordered 3 times and I found that calling them gets a good response. Their number is toll free (last time I called it was, at least). Just call them and explain your problem and BE PRESISTENT.

I've ordered from them in the past, and it was excellent service. No problems whatsoever man. Maybe should contact them, and request a tracking #. Good luck. :)

I called them twice and the rep saying he can't help me with anything. I will have to wait til 1:00pm (5:00pm at my time) for customer service.

Yeah right.........

I will call my credit card company and see if they charge my card or not. oh_no

I ordered the Dreamcast Twinsticks off them back when VO:OT came out on the DC in the USA. It wasn't a cheap order, but they came through with excellent service. Very fast shipping too. I hope that your order was just some kind of error, I wouldn't think they'd scam you.

BTW, they are in Hawaii shipping COULD get fucked up somewhere en route. I hope it works out for you man.

I ordered some DVD's from them, and found their communication to be severly lacking. I ordered three box sets only two turned up. They didn't forward me a tracking no. until after the package had been delivered.
After several attempts at contacting them I got a reply saying the 1 box set was on back order and would be sent out shortly... I'm still waiting. When I ordered I was led to believe everything was in stock...

I don't think they're scammers, they're just really bloody slow. I doubt I'll use them again regardless.

I've ordered from them numerous times and only once have I had a problem, but it was fixed rather quickly with a few email exchanges.

Excellent service.

I've called them 4 times and they told me that my order is on back-order.

What the fuck....they didn't inform me at all.

Back order for NGP games? That sounds crazy. You either have them or not... Who's manufacturing them still? That sounds like their problem... They list things for sale that they "might" have someday! :rolleyes:

Wow, talk about inconsistent, the comments of TnJ on this thread alternates between excellent to poor every other post!

I thought about getting something from them but now I am not sure.

I live about 2 blocks from there store in oahu, hawaii. I have to admit there really busy a lot wich explains why there really bad at remembering to do things and getting orders out etc.

My advice is call this #

808-735-4546 its the direct store #

Ask to speak to ALEX LEE (owner)

and explain your situation im 100 percent sure he will resolve it asap. Alex is really busy but any time stuff like that happens he will solve it ASAP.

What causes the problem is his staff and i feel there really un organized.

Let me know how things go or if you need any help i could go there and talk to him for you.

yep ordering from them could get really problematic sometimes but they are not scammer. I've ordered like 5-6 times since 2001. 2 of them takes a while to resolve (back order issue, ship wrong items), the rest was pretty smooth. I think their business is legit.

Like the above poster said, always look for alex. He's the only guy that knows whats going on.

I'm not saying Toys N Joys is a scammer or anything but just don't like their service. No matter how busy you are, please "serve" your customer right.

NCSX is busy, so do other businesses.

I ordered Dynamite Slugger and Pocket Reversi for NGPC but they didn't mention those two games are on back-order. Go to their NGPC section and you will see those two items are still onsale.

I tried to fax them several times and none of them went thru. My secretary handed me fax confirmation reports showing "send failed". This is their fax number: 808-735-0449. They either need to fix their fax machine or something wrong with their fax number.

I also tried to email them for the past two weeks and I just got one email back from Alex Le with 5 words: "Items are on back-order".

What the fuck?

if items are on back-order then modify information on your damn website

Alex doesn't send me email regarding the back-order. I've called them since 11:00am in the morning (my time in Dallas) and the rep told me to call back at 1:00pm (5:00pm at my time in Dallas).

I'm really tired of this............

I told them to cancel my order if they can't ship my damn games this week. oh_no
