and explain your situation im 100 percent sure he will resolve it asap. Alex is really busy but any time stuff like that happens he will solve it ASAP.
What causes the problem is his staff and i feel there really un organized.

I'm not saying Toys N Joys is a scammer or anything but just don't like their service. No matter how busy you are, please "serve" your customer right.

I ordered Dynamite Slugger and Pocket Reversi for NGPC but they didn't mention those two games are on back-order. Go to their NGPC section and you will see those two items are still onsale.
I tried to fax them several times and none of them went thru. My secretary handed me fax confirmation reports showing "send failed". This is their fax number: 808-735-0449. They either need to fix their fax machine or something wrong with their fax number.
I also tried to email them for the past two weeks and I just got one email back from Alex Le with 5 words: "Items are on back-order".
What the fuck?
if items are on back-order then modify information on your damn website
Alex doesn't send me email regarding the back-order. I've called them since 11:00am in the morning (my time in Dallas) and the rep told me to call back at 1:00pm (5:00pm at my time in Dallas).
I'm really tired of this............
I told them to cancel my order if they can't ship my damn games this week. oh_no
