Hi, I have been offered a Mint “Samurai Spirits 4 official command book”, I suppose it is like a Gamest Mook, I am naïve about this kind of books. Asking price is 20 USD shipped from Japan.

Is this rare and worthy?

I have a copy of the 'Samurai Spirits 4' Gamest Mook (vol. 60).

I bought it at a convenience store here in Japan right after I arrived. I paid the cover price of 1480 yen.
