have you ever found a MVS in which the arcade controls are loose and you can just lift it up and you see what's inside?

yeah there is one in a laundromat across from my old middle school. a MVS has loose arcade panel and to get free credits, all i do is just lift it up and tap the credit switch for free games. it's in a laundromat so the owner is never around when im in there. just today, i watched a kid play metal slug 3 and after he was done he saw me just open up the controls and tap the credit switch so i can play KOF2000. ah yes i hope the owner of the laundromat never sees this, it's his fault for leaving the MVS open for free play. what's even funny is that there is a camera's in the corners.

btw, the games they have are KOF 2000, metal slug 3, magical drop 3, and super sidekicks 2.

Can you see these carts when you lift the control panel up?

If you can..I think someday when someone else finds out about this loose control panel those games might become..a ..missing.. eek!

Is it really his fault? If I forgot to close the door of my house or of my car and someone enters it he can be put to court. I think the laws are similiar in USA.

first of all, double check to make sure things are secure.

it's not my fault it happened. when i first saw the MVS, it was like that already and i heard from other kids it was like that for weeks. hell, even a 5 year old could easily get free credits as well. i started playing on that MVS since friday.

That cab has some damn good games in it to be getting free credits. Doubt too many people would steal the games as most people don't even own an MVS or Supergun let alone know what the carts are worth. Decent chunk of change sitting in that thing though.

Hey, is the marquee locked? I need a Magical Drop III MM. :D

sorry man, it's locked. the magical drop III marquee is in japanese. i don't know if it's an official marquee because the texture of the marquee looks like it came from an ink jet printer.

i wanted the KOF 2000 marquee, but it looks like someone beated me to it because the marquee for that slot is just a piece of paper with the words printed "King of Fighters 2000".

"it's his fault", you say... suggesting that his negligence makes it okay for you to steal credits?

im not saying it's totally the owners fault, maybe an arcade technician forgot to bolt down the control panel (which is pretty stupid oh_no ) or probably vandels broke into it and just wanted to have some "fun".

like subcons said, no one would know what to do with those carts if they somehow got it into their possession and don't know how much it would cost unless they log onto this site. i doubt that anyone would know how to take out a cart from the control panel since the carts are just right there in front of you.

i went back there today and a 10 year old kid was amazed why i had 10 credits. i didnt tell him where to get it because it's my secret. besides if i did do it in front of him, he still wouldn't know where to reach it.
