Most will say the JPN Neo. No censored "bouncy" and the blood is intact. You get the games the way they were meant to be.

Jap systems are uncensored, US and Pal systems are censored. You can always get it modded like EW said.

PM JMKurtz, I'm not sure how much he charges though. One of the older guys may be able to tell you :cool:

I have a jap system and im happy with it. I wouldnt mind modding it but i dont have the money as of yet.

I thought the higher serial number US systes had better video drivers creating better picture quality. Anyone know for sure?
