I just got this with an AES System I bought.

This is in some of SNK's promotional material.

Enjoy

This'll go in a lot of sigs here, and for good reason.

I remember that ad running in EGM in the early 90s. It had graphs at the bottom of the ad comparing the Neo Geo to other home systems.

I put up a topic about this long ago...

This ad does not only explains that the Neo•Geo
is an OVERPOWERED system, but it also gives you
a hint as to how underpowered ports are.

I remember that ad it was pretty funny. Most of the advertisements back then were badly done. Come to think of it, I still see a lot of bad ads for games now.

Man , i was reading some old comics , and i saw ads for like , Zelda and Mario cereal. I love old video game ads. Like hocking the "thrills" of Castlevania for NES. I just remembered the GBA launch commercial : "Experience the horror of castlevania" know what my friend had to say to that ? "Ha ! The "Horror" of Castlevania ?"

I have it on my site. I shrunk it down for sig purposes. You can link to it here - http://www.zebesfiles.org/pics/neoweenie.jpg

Pristine mint sealed copies will fetch about $150-200 for each. Slightly less conditioned ones will go for anywhere from $50 to $100. I cracked open my sealed Contra to play it and will do the same once I find a Super C with a perfect box. After all, these are the best classic action games you can find out there. My NES will be the last thing standing next to my Neo just because of these two superb games. Contra Force is a different story altogether. oh_no I can think of at least 10 other sidescrolling NES action shooters that would have been a better choice to follow the Contra tradition had they adopted the name.

Sincerely,

Mikhail
