KOF2000 unfreaked?

Okay I suck at making links. But go to ebay and do the search. This guy says its an unfreaked version, completely intact and authentic. Doesn't say how he got it, and the picture is a little small. Can anyone do that voodoo to see if it's real?

I ran my freak-scanner™ on ebay auction # <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1338648527" target="_blank">1338648527</a>. Results state that there is a 99% chance that this item is non-freaked.

I don’t think he would have a freaked cart or else he would have stated it. Jay (thirdkind on these forums) is a great guy and a very fair seller.

Backen: It means the game and everything that came with it are genuine SNK and haven't been tampered with in any way..like retailer company stickers placed on the manual or some such.
