How do you get the hidden characters in Bang Bead? I beat the game twice and I didn't unlock them. Is there a code?

I am not exactly sure, but what I did was finish the game with all seven guys on level 8. Maybe it is easier than that, but it worked.

Is it true that you only got a bare Bang Bead cart? Or did you get a complete MVS kit?

I got the box and cart. No flyers or marquee, but it doesn't matter because I am having it converted to a home cart. Could you scan the marquee and flyers and email them to me? I'd post them on my site.
