Hello, i just got the DVD of the anime movie "perfect blue" and i really liked it, its really wierd. has anyone else seen it, if so, what do you think of it? And plus it was made by manga, and they make the best anime movies i think. If you havent seen it, go rent or buy it!

manga is just the distributor of Perfect Blue in western countries - I believe Madhouse actually produced the film....

It is a great anime movie, I bought it on vhs & then on dvd when that came out - I gave the vhs copy to a friend who isn't even into anime and he loved it. It's the director's first film he actually worked as director on- impressive, no?

I have perfect blue and love it! I must admit, though, that it is kinda freaky. Has some catchy tunes though. Btw this should be in unreleated topics <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I saw perfect blue at my friends house it was ok it was weird and complicated probably gotta watch it again to understand the story fully

I found it pretty entertaining as well. But it's been out for over a year now. It is a very unique style for anime. the music is done well. Some of my friends like it, some don't I guess it depends on your mood and taste in movies.
