For Neo Geo stuff, I'd have to say Athena as lots of other people hate her voice, although it has never bothered me <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

In anime stuff, Saito Hajime from Kenshin is really cool imo and probably one of my fave characters ever <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I love how Iori laughs. It just rubs it into the guys face that you beat him. I love it.
