A funny KOF 2000 NGH english auction

I saw this and had to laugh.

for those who do not know Zenarcher is spoonman of the old Neo spoonman site. At one time he and Dion were close or still are close.

Now he is either coping Dion's inserts and manual and selling this cart or moving the "extra" inserts and manuals they said they never had or prehaps my feeling would be the extra Japanese NGH carts they never converted, either way I find it Quite humourous.

I think Big Bear would agree.

My oppinion on this cart is just that my Oppinion. although I think many agree with me it's besides the point wether you look at this cart as being official or not either way you have to see the irony in this. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

I have absolutely no problem with what he is doing, as long as the product is as he states it is. The guy comes right out and says that it's a convert with just swapped papers, so no lies there.

I'd almost do it, almost. Would love to design my own inserts for most of my games, but realized I wouldn't know a way to have them printed properly!

Your missing the point

I have no problem with what he is doing either since he is straight forward about it. the funny thing is this does not appear to be a made up insert but either a copy or a print of the insert NGF used on thier cart. SO either he was supplied with the print file -or- scanned it from a kof 2000 NGH he bought -or- was given the extra inserts from NGF. That is the funny part. Now maybe the back does not have NGF on it and it is blocked out or replaced with something else. Then that would be even funnier since it is exactly what NGF does to SNK logo on the carts.

that is what the irony is and what makes it so funny.

Or at least I am, and have not single ngf game in my neo titles.
Its a moralistic issue because these materials whether or not how pretty they look are all fraudulent.
At one time Spoonman was selling those extension cables with a new wraping. (still may be)
All he did was buy standerd cables and put them in a new looking container.
I mean we all know whats goes on.
If it says ngf on it, SNK has nothing to do with it.
End of story.
And even if the kof 2000 snk had and influence in, who cares I got my full official japanese version.
I at one time was going to buy from this Spoonman guy, never did though.

He is just like Dion in so many ways..

When I was new to the inet scene I emailed Pion, and he said that the community was jealous or something, I still cant remember nor do I care. I was going to buy from him, but thanks to a friend telling me of his fuck ups and constant lies and racist attitude, I never did, nor will I ever.

SpoonMan isn't selling extra KoF2000 US insert for Dion, and Dion is mad that he is trying to sell a fake KofF2000 US. Dion bidded once on one of these auctions and retracted by saying "it is not the offical KoF2000 US NGF." According to what they have communicated to me, they do not look eye to eye about SpoonMan's KofF2000 US auction.

Moreover, from my investigation of KoF2000 US, I conclude it is officail. You can try to research it yourself too, but do not listen to peoples' opinion or prejudgements.

And yet other repspectable sources have said that NGF have never had a deal with SNK.


I think you see what you want to see. If your happy why keep trying to justify it to everyone?

Thats my opinion, & I know quite a few people agree.

He's not a mean sort, but just like rom sellers on ebay, he feels he's doing no wrong.

I've argued with him in the past, when he used My work & Keith's as if it was his.
I'm sure NGF has probably had the same problems with this guy.

Best thing to do, IMO, Is don't buy from him.

I have a feeling that more and more people are going to do this until there is bootleg anarchy. The important thing will be the ability to ID a genuine article.
