Shinichirou hasn't updated his page since Oct 2000 so the site is pretty much dead, for some reason, the site is still up and not taken down. Another way to get Neo-Geo games is buying from Jyosui, here's his site:

Inaddition to Neo-Geo, he also sells PC-Engine and other Japanese consoles and games, the only problem is he has a full time job and only has time to answer emails and ship games during the weekend, so the best way to do is inquiring his item early during the weekend on Sat (Fri evening here in US) and close the deals with amount after shipping by Sunday night. This way, when you send the postal money order on Monday, it'll most likely arrive by Sat in Japan the following week and you'll have your stuff on Tue.
