How many of you, still shop at Buy-Rite, besides me? Call me crazy, but several minutes ago I just ordered 2 neo geo cd style pads for $157.86 total.

Damn their shipping rates are up, but they are the only place that sells the pads. Its a good thing I didn't decide to buy a memory card from them also, that will put me way over $200.

Know anywhere that sells the neo memory card for less than $39.99?

I used to buy stuff from them until I came upon this board and from the horror stories that I heard I don't anymore and just order from NCSX.

lol WTF? 157 bucks for two pads????

If your ordering from Buy Wrong just pray you never have to return anything, and what you order is in stock, or your gonna get fucked.

I had to have my CC company send them a registered letter before they refunded my money they stole, they charged me for an out of stock item, and then never sent anything, NEVER once replied to any emails, and I could never get them on the phone.

Their customer service is at 0%, they just don't fucking care at all, their harder to get ahold of than a paypal customer service rep, and they never pad ANY thing they mail, they just throw it in a box.

Yeah, they really suck ass. I remember when they actually had a customer service department...many moons ago. But then they charged $450 to my debit card, when the total was supposed to be $45  , and I like didn't eat that week because I was just scraping by then . It took like over a week to get the money put back in my checking account.

They are evil bastards and I will rejoice the day their business goes under.

Please tell me an extra number slipped in there, you mean $15.78 right? or even $57.86...

If I paid $150 for two of those shitty Neo CD pads, I'd kill myself

I got a mint CD pad from 16-bit for $50 shipped. Ever since I came to these forums I rarely use ebay or other store sites for Neo products. Some of the best and most reliable people hang out in the sellers forum, and for prices half of what you would pay elsewhere.

Well, you had to see that one coming! I mean, BuyRite is terrible, and that's another reason why.

Why go Buyrite when there's NCSX?

Yeah, I thought pads ran for about $40 tops. That's all *I* would pay for a pad... of course, I'm a stick man now anyhow. ;)

Drift King EX made an excellent point about the way they pad there items. About half a year ago, I ordered a new copy of the then extremely hard to find Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 for the N64 for $70.00 because every other online store was sold out. Here is a list of the good and bad points of my order:

Good Points :)
1. It came in just 2 days

Bad Points
1. The game had absolutely no padding what so ever
2. The game wasn't shrink-wrapped as new N64 games always are
3. The inside of the box was stamped with a pink logo that said please visit www.buyrite.net
4. The inside of the manual was also stamped

PLEASE DO NOT order from buyrite as their games are opened and then stamped before they are shipped. If anyone here has dealt with NGF, then expect the EXACT same service and products from buyrite.

Fuck me? Fuck your whole family.

You are the stupidass still buy stuff from Buywrong. You are the stupidass who has read so many posts regarding bad services/rip-off of Buywrong and you still buy from them?

If you still buy stuff from Buywrong then shut the fuck up and don't tell us how much you "spent" and what stuff you are getting from them.

Are you first time import-buyer?
If not then you have no idea what you are talking about

In US, Nintendo do shrink-wrap NES/SNES/N64 game but they never do SFC/N64 in Japan (not sure about Famicom game).

No, I'm not a first time import buyer Liquid Snake, are you? I own six Japanese N64 games that all came brand new from tronixweb.com and they were all shrink-wrapped. Virtual Pro Wrestling 1 is one of them so why would part one come shrink-wrapped and not part two?

None of my Japanese N64 games I've bought new have been shrink-wrapped..
(EDIT - including VPW2)
I'm with Liquid on this one.

As for the pads, I thought I was paying too much at about $30-$35 each..

My friend, I've been buying import game since 1991 so I know more than you do. SFC never came with shrink wrap and the same to N64.

There is no way (or any import store is willing to do) to get a shrink-wrapped N64 game.

If you are talking about CD game or domestic release cartridge game, then it's a YES. Otherwise, it's a NO. Never in Japan you will get Nintendo game in shrink wrapped (I don't know about Famicom game but SFC and N64 never come with shrink-wrapped).
