I do not think he ever came here on the board, but he's lurking the scene and the european market as well.

MICHAEL MASTOSCIANNI
(Belgium)

scammed me about $800 last august on some eBay deals, simply getting the money and NEVER sending the merchadise.

He's indeed a Neo collector and his nickname was (on eBay)' G-Mantle'.

Ebay recognized the scam and de-registered the thief. I'm awaiting a refund from eBay now.

If you mind you money just AVOID him.

Hope my experience will prevent any other scam to all of us.

Actually I'm still waiting the situation to be solved.

I'm not used to ove in a community/scene, and as the fect did not arose from here I didn't know if it would be logic speak out of a mere personal position.

ANyway, I talked to my friend here and with some of the dealer I came in touch with during hese latter months, and they encourage me to tell the community about.

Good Laurent from Neo Ayato also tried to help me with the guy, and I sent him full documentation to prove the scam.

Well, hope this just cou.ld be of help. :)

I have my doubt that eBay will refund the money from last August (10 months ago....)

Geezzz...........

You have patient to wait and ask refund after 10 months......

The procedure was started exactly following their rules and terms.

Actually is taking this long due to THEIR times.

At this rate they told me thir goning to issue a refund directly throug my bank count via wire transfer.

I really hope for that! :/
