Well when there were open, I can say I have and that place was awesome, they had a little room dedicated to their arcade machines and they would let you play them for free when you waited. I got my AES machine fixed there and I must say they were quick, they fixed it in 1 day, i was shocked. I went there and the person sat down and explained the problem in detail, I mean that was great customer service, not like today...its just send in this, get it back in like 3-4 weeks...Ah SNKUSA was the best place =)

Hi,

I'd never been there myself (I'm on the East Coast) but I did call them quite a few times. I bought several Neo Geo Home carts, a replacement power supply and NGPC items from them. It was a sad day when they closed.

I actually drove past the SNK hq on accident a few times.
I was like "hey look SNK .. cool"
last week I drove by again but this time I meant to.
you would never know what it used to be.

Hahah... Well, that must have been one of the gals that answered the phones. I always asked to be transfered to sales or tech support.
