Anybody ever deal with gamebuyers on ebay?

I ask because I recently picked up another Dreamcast (go me!!), and found this auction:

It seems pretty fucking cheap, and the guy has 47 available.. I've emailed the guy about it but got no response.. what do you think?

That's a front name for Buy-Rite.

I bought a NEO game from them and had no trouble. In fact they replied to an e-mail I sent them and we made shipping arrangements and they come through with them. I think they are trying to clear up their bad rep.

That is just my experience.

Is this the same Buy-Rite as buyritegames.com?

What's so bad about them? Apart from the atrocious prices, of course.

Asked me to pay $99 for an AC adapter for a Neo CD. I laughed the person off the phone.

Tried making me offers on my ebay auctions for some pretty hard to find stuff.. several times

One time I sold off some Atari Jaguar stuff that went for about 100-120 bucks + shipping. They tried to offer me 50 bucks including shipping saying they were doing me a favor. I responded rudely and reported them to ebay.

There's a bunch of other minor incidents but they're terrible.

They're known to ship things in just a box.. no packing, nothing.

They're known to sell a game making you think you're getting it complete/partially complete, only to find out you get the game bare.

They're known to FAR overstate the value/condition of items.

I bought an expensive game from them about a month ago. There was no picture of the game, only screen shots. I took my chances because they bid on one of my auctions and paid immediately. The game did come in excellent condition, but they did not respond back to any of my emails.

I've purchased from Buy-Rite/gamebuyers before and haven't been burned... yet.
