....if you don't play some games on a Japanese machine? I first noticed this with "Magical Drop2" on my cd, I was happy with it until I took it round my mates house and powered it up on his Jap. cd machine and was dumbstruck when I noticed there was another whole mode of play that I had never seen!! I had hoped that when I got the MVS version I could then play the "other" mode, but it didn't!! on my english MVS 6-slot cab it again only gave me 66% of the game! Are there any other games like this that penalise us for not owning japanese hardware? I just noticed the other day looking through an old neo-freak magazine, that the screen-shots they had for money puzzle exchanger were for the Jap. version, and not only did the coins have holes in them, but also there's an extra character (looks like a baby) in the jap. version!

Does anybody know what other Neo games have more features if played on jap. hardware? glee Strange phenomenom!! loco

I'm not sure about other games, but I know if I switch Magical Drop 3 to Japanese mode it has a LOT more options, a proper storyline (and endings) as well as a different voiceover which sounds a lot better. Although it means I don't know wtf is going on, I always play MD3 in Japanese mode now.
