Atrophyed, what happened?
OK, let's put this clear. wink
The sculpter that was making the job asked me first for a price almost 1000 €uros!!!!! for the complete job of a Wooden AES replica + 2 Old style Joysticks casings.
We set the payment in 3 instalments, everything was OK.
Then after I gave him the Neo Geo for him to begin working on it, he took almost a month to start making just the calculations ( he already had the first payment at that time ).
I kept going to his local work, he was always rude and arrogant to me, like "kid, I'm making you a favor..." blah blah blah....
I started to become mad, and I got this motherfucker saying "we set three payments for this, you payed only one yet".
He said the work should be done within 3 months, and I said "WTF????, 3 fucking months??". Yes he said 3 months.
Sadly, the guy have shown more low level attitudes like, Payment number one : Planification and partial work on the wood.
Payment number two : continuation on the sculptures and defining the lines and stuff like that.
Payment number three and final : finalizing the work and polishing everything and so on...
Well, I couldn't accept the way he was talking with me, and I by the time he had my Neo Geo with him, he could have done much more than what he did, he took a COMPLETE month just to make a shitty design on the paper!!!! absolutelly no sculptures at all. I gave more 2 weeks to work on that.
When I went again to see the work in progress, I was not satisfied. He almost haven't touched the stuff I was paying for and I got even more pissed.
I told him I wouldn't pay him anymore a single cent if he wouldn't speed up the process. Arrogant and harsh like he was/is, he said : Kid, take the work done and get the fuck out of here.
WTF ???? what a fucking low-level "artist". of course I have denied his request, I got insane ( well, I have paid 330 € to start this up ) and after I took my "Real Neo Geo", I took a few tools of him ( hammers, saws, screwdrivers... ) and started to break up a lot work things he had done!! wOOt!! He started to intimidating me with legal process and I said "go on dude" !
I fucked some nice jobs he had, I can't say I'm happy with that, but he had some money I payed him and never in this world what he asked me for the job status would worth 330 €uros.
Actually I don't like peole fucking with me. I don't like to take revenges, but I generally never let people making me a "laughing stock".
I plan on finding a person who can do that too, a person with dignity and with a great personality, something this guy does not have.
Sorry if you have been disapointed by the project being aborted, but I work on to find a cool and decent person that can do it for me. wink
