If I bought a supergun with a scart type connection and one of these would I be set?

Its not my gun, I'm buying one and I saw one for a good price that has a scart cable (guy is in europe) If I buy it how can I get it to play on my tv? this won't do the trick?

nope. not as long as there's no rgb encoder inside and i really suggest to invest in a good one. you should put a jrok in a small external case and use it as an adapter. (i'll do the same thing with my mvs boards and modded mega drive, 'cause i don't want to by more than one jrok.)
