How do I get them. I have try the up,left,left,left,right,right,right,down and it still don't work. I have tried right when i'm choosing either the last character I selected or another striker and it still won't work. <img src="graemlins/help.gif" border="0" alt="[Help]" />

either u do it faster or/then slower.

First of all, only certain characters have them. Secondly, you must be on the main stiker when you start the code. Speed doesn't matter. Try the code on these guys (that I know for sure have a third stiker):
Iori (gets you another Iori)
Kyo (Saisyu)
Choi (cool choi)
Cannot remember the others, but just mess with them. And that code is right, by the way.

I cant get it to work either. Do you only get one chance to do it? If you do the code correctly does the maniac striker have a picture like the other strikers? or does it just tell you your selecting them?
